Those of you who did the Wheat
trade back in November...
Buy March Wheat 500 put
Sell March Wheat 700 call
for 3 cent credit
..and followed up in early December with taking profits on the March Wheat 700 call @6, to lock-in an 11-cent profit
...should now look to sell a March Wheat 460 put @10 or better.
This will now give us a March Wheat 500/460 put spread that we have in essence, been paid $350 to take.
We can't lose anything, but we can make $2,000 more. Solid chart support at 460 is on a collision course with the time left on these, about 60 days.
